PURCHASE OF TB MEDICINES
1) The Municipality of Pontevedra, Negros Occidental, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Two Hundred Fifty pesos (₱ 499, 250.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for purchase of TB Medicines to be used at RHU Bids received in excess of the BAC shall be automatically rejected bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Pontevedra now invites bids for the purchase of TB Medicines to be used at RHU using the non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required 15 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
