Description of the subject of the order (in short: OPZ) is Annex No. 3 to the SWZ/Appendix No. 1 to the proposed provisions contracts. 4. The draft provisions of the contract regarding the above public procurement, which will be introduced into the content of the contract (abbreviated: PPU), are included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 5.
