The order is carried out as part of the project entitled "Centrum Advanced Solutions CeZaR Design - Manufacturing - Operation - Withdrawal" no. FEMP.01.04-IZ.00-0272/24 The subject of the order is the purchase of a system for parallel cultivation of microorganisms in strictly controlled conditions. Description of the subject orders: Parameters: - A set of 4 bioreactors intended for the cultivation of microorganisms under controlled conditions of mixing, oxygenation, temperature and pH. The set must include: vessels equipped with stirrers, gas diffusers (sprayers) and their discharges, oxygen, pH, redox, temperature and level/foam sensors, ports for supplying reagents and sampling, etc.; control station(s) with gas feeding and mixing systems (air, nitrogen and CO2) and built-in reagent pumps; heating/cooling system; possibly a computer to control. - vessels with a minimum working capacity of ≤ 0.8 l and a maximum of ≥ 2.4 l (but not more than 3.0 l) - control stations must contain 4 built-in peristaltic pumps, of which at least 3 must have speed control for each bioreactor - range of maintained operating temperature 10-60°C - regulation of gas flow through the MFC with TDR not worse than 1:500; capacity range: air min. 0.002-1 (...
