Part No. 1: System for intraoperative tissue radiography 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a system for intraoperative tissue radiography for Copernicus PL Sp. z o. o. The subject of the order was not divided into parts. 2. Detailed description of the item order specifying the Ordering Party's requirements and quantities, is included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order. The contractor completes the items indicated in this annex, confirms compliance with the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. 3.Way implementation of the subject of the order is specified in the draft contract - Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 4. The offered items must be complete, of a high standard both in terms of quality and functionality, and free from material and construction defects. and legal. 5.
