Purchase of an electronic signature system patient on hospital documentation in the Optimed NTX system (HIS class system) as part of the project "Development and improvement of the availability of digital services at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński Provincial Hospital in Łomża" 1. The subject of this order is a purchase system for implementing the patient's electronic signature on hospital records in the Optimed NTX system (HIS class system) as part of the project "Development and improvement of the availability of digital services at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński Provincial Hospital in Łomża", in accordance with with the description of the subject of the order included in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. The order is being carried out under the contract No. KPOD.07.03-IP.10-0229/25/KPO/147/2025/617. It concerns the task entitled: Purchase of tablets (20 pcs.) and stationary screens (18 pcs.) and pens digital (6 pcs.) along with software for collecting signatures and maintaining the functionality of the hardware/software for signing medical records during the shelf life. 2. The conditions for the execution of the order are specified in the contract template constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
