The subject of this order is the purchase of a system for the implementation of the patient's electronic signature on hospital documentation in the Optimed NTX system (HIS class system) as part of the project "Development and improvement of the availability of digital services at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński Provincial Hospital in Łomża", as described subject of the order included in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. The order is carried out under contract no. KPOD.07.03-IP.10-0229/25/KPO/147/2025/617 concerns the task entitled: Purchase of tablets (20 pcs.) and stationary screens (18 pcs.) and digital pens (6 pcs.) along with software for collecting signatures and maintaining the functionality of the equipment/software for signing medical records during the shelf life. 2.
