Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a system for describing echocardiographic examinations for Copernicus PL Sp. z o. o. The subject of the order was not divided into parts. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order specifying the requirements of the Ordering Party is included in Annex No. 3 to SWZ - Description of the subject of the order. By completing the items indicated in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, the Contractor confirms that it meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. 3. The method of implementing the subject of the order is specified in the draft contract - Annex No. 6 to SWZ. 4. The offered items of the order must be approved for trading and use in accordance with applicable law. 5. In all provisions of the SWZ and its annexes in which the Ordering Party refers to standards, approvals, technical specifications or reference systems or trademarks, parameters or sources of origin (names of manufacturers or devices) are indicated, in accordance with Art. 99 section 5 and art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions. 6. The Ordering Party makes no reservations the possibility of applying for the order only by Contractors referred to in Art. 94 of the Public Procurement Law. 7. The Ordering Party does not impose the requirements referred to in Art. 96 of the Public Procurement Law. 8. The Ordering Party requires that the purchased assortment complies with the principle of "no harm". "do no significant harm to the environment" (DNSH). 9.
