1) The subject of the order is a support service (maintenance) for SAP software licenses owned by the Ordering Party. 2) A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), which constitutes Annex No. 3 to the SWZ and in the Designed provisions of the contract (PPU), which constitutes Annex 4 to SWZ.3) Description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is not subject to interpretation. If the provisions of the specification/OPZ are, in the Contractor's opinion, unclear, incomplete, imprecise or incorrect, the Contractor is obliged to ask a question before submitting the offer.4) The features required in the OPZ/specification are minimum parameters.
