1.The subject of the Agreement is: 1) ensuring 24-month manufacturer's support for the 1, 430 Ivanti Endpoint Manager Mobile Platinum Bundle licenses held by the Ordering Party; 2) providing technical support to the Contractor for those held by the Ordering Party licenses listed in point 1. 2. Support from the software manufacturer referred to in section 1 point 1 will be active for 24 months from the day following the date of conclusion of the Agreement, but not earlier than from September 7, 2026. 3.During the support period manufacturer of the Software referred to in section 2 The Contractor will provide technical support specified in section 1 point 2.
