Description : 1. The Procuring Entity, Barangay Tugas Tangub City intends to apply the sum of FIFTY NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY FOUR PESOS AND FIFTY CENTAVOS (Php. 59, 224.50) to payment under the contract for PURCHASE OF SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF THE SOURCE OF WATER with identification No. TUGAS PB-2025-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
2. The Procuring Entity, Barangay Tugas Tangub City now invites bids for the above procurement project, PURCHASE OF SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF THE SOURCE OF WATER. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of the Republic Act No. 9184
