Purchase of a sulfur analyzer for the Customs Laboratory Customs requests your offer for the procurement of a sulfur analyzer (hereafter equipment) and related maintenance service for the Customs Laboratory. A general description of the hardware to be purchased and more specifics about the device the requirements are presented in the tender documents. The procurement is governed by the Act on Public Procurement and License Agreements (Procurement Act 1397/2016) The procurement procedure is an open procedure according to Section 32 of the Procurement Act, and the basis for comparison is overall economic affordability with price weighting 25 and quality weighting 75. The sample of the test sample will be collected from the Customs Laboratory within one (1) week from the time of publication of the request for tender. The sample must be collected during office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. More detailed requirements and conditions regarding the test sample are stated in the section "Procurement object criteria". The acquisition is financed with CCEI financing (Customs Control Equipment Instrument). In the RFP document the maximum procurement budget is presented regarding the purchase price of the device and annual maintenance. The equipment must be delivered, installed and invoiced during 2026. More detailed conditions regarding delivery in the draft Procurement Agreement. The maintenance contract starts after the end of the warranty period.
