PURCHASE OF A SUCTION-RINSE ASSISTANT TRUCK WITH WATER RECOVERY The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new, specialized vehicle for cleaning sewage systems with water recovery for the needs of Bialskie Wodociągi i Kanyzacji "WOD-KAN" Sp. z o. o. In Biała Podlaska, along with providing a quality guarantee, providing warranty service and training the Ordering Party's staff in its operation. The procedure is conducted in accordance with the rules provided for classic sectoral procurement estimated value of the contract equal to or exceeding the EU thresholds indicated in Art. 3 of the Act on Public Procurement. The Ordering Party will conduct the procedure in an open tender procedure referred to in Art. 376 section 1 point 1 in connection with Art. 5 section 1 point 1 i paragraph 4 point 1 letter (c) second indent and Article 378 section 1 and art. 132-139 of the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party envisages applying the procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law (the so-called reversed one), i.e. the Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure.
