Tender Details

1. The subject of the order under the name: "Purchase of a suburban, hybrid bus for transporting school-age children from the areas where State Agricultural Farms operated in the Nieborow commune" is the delivery of a brand new low-emission hybrid bus with a multi-functional technical support vehicle., adapted for right-hand traffic, with the steering wheel on the left side, meeting the minimum technical and quality requirements listed in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order.

2. The bus must meet the requirements of UN/ECE Regulation 107 - uniform provisions regarding the homologationtions of category M vehicles with regard to their general construction [2018/237] (Journal of Laws EU. L. of 2018, No. 52, p. 1, as amended), available to persons with reduced mobility and people with strollers. In accordance with the current version of UN/ECE Regulation 107, class II and class III.
