Eesti Energia AS organizes tenders for the purchase of complete substations, distribution points and equipment as a central supplier.
The framework agreement is concluded by Elektrilevi OUe. On the basis of the framework agreement, goods are also supplied to other companies belonging to the Eesti Energia AS group, as well as the agreement of Elektrilevi OUe and Enefit Connect OUeto partners. The offer includes, among other things, equipment and materials that must have the approval of Elektrilevi OUe or Enefit Connect OUe.
The approval is based on Enefit Connect OUe's procedure - "P3141 Approval of basic materials and equipment necessary for the construction, repair and operation of the electrical network".
