1. The subject of the order is the purchase for the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture (hereinafter referred to as the Ordering Party) of a subscription to software implementing the Vulnerability Management VM vulnerability management function, which includes: 1.1. Rapid7 InsightVM software for min. 5, 000 systems/applications/databases (min. 5, 000 IP addresses), including min. 256 IPv4 systems/addresses on public addressing; 1.2. Metasploit PRO software for 1 user, enabling penetration testing and actively examining system security; 1.3. Rapid7 AppSec software for min. 2 applications, enabling penetration testing of Web applications; together with its Updates created during the Subscription period and Documentation prepared and made available by the manufacturer for users of the Software during the Subscription period.2.
