Purchase of a subscription service for authentication and access control software for LAN and WAN networks with manufacturer support for a period of 36 months 1. Subject of the order: 1.1. The subject of the order is to provide the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization Agriculture (hereinafter referred to as the "Ordering Party") by the Contractor: 1.1.1. the right to use the Subscription for Cisco ISE Advantage Subscription Software for 25, 000 endpoints indicated in Appendix 1 to the draft provisions of the agreement (hereinafter: ppu), constituting Annex No. 8.1. to SWZ. 1.1.2. Support for the Cisco Identity Services Engine Software running on 8 virtual machines indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the ppu, constituting Appendix No. 8.1. to the SWZ, under the conditions specified in Agreement and general terms and conditions of the Software manufacturer. 1.2. Subscription and Software Support will be valid for a period of 36 months from the date indicated in the Certificate Receipt Protocol referred to in § 4 section 1 of the Agreement, with continuity actions. 1.3. In order to confirm the authorization to use the Subscription and Software Support, the Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with a Certificate confirming the Ordering Party's right to use the Software and indicating the validity period Software Subscription and Support, in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement and the general license terms of the Software manufacturer. 2.
