1. The subject of the Order is access (Subscriptions) to the GROW with SAP S/4HANA service package or equivalent in the Public Cloud model along with Maintenance. 2. A detailed description of the Subject of the Order is included in Annex No. 1 to the Draft Contractual Provisions, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The proceedings in question are conducted as an open tender pursuant to Art. 132 in connection with joke. 378 of the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), hereinafter referred to as: the Public Procurement Act, as a sectoral public procurement. 4.
