Purchase of a subscription to Elastic Stack software or equivalent software with manufacturer's technical support 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a subscription to Elastic Stack software or equivalent software for a period of 36 months together with technical support from the software manufacturer for the log monitoring and event prediction tool owned by the Ordering Party, based on the Elastic Stack technology. 2. Detailed description of the subject of the order, list of tasks, deadlines and conditions execution of the order, payment, etc. are specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter: "PPU"), which constitute Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ and the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter: "OPZ"), which constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. Order was divided into a basic order and an option. 4.
