Purchase of a subscription to ATP and CDR class software for detecting network threats along with implementation and technical support for a period of 24 months 1. The subject of the order is to provide the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Ordering Party") by the Contractor the right to use the Threat Detection Platform Software with a set of necessary temporary licenses together with Documentation and the right to use the manufacturer's support (Support Services Software with a service level of SLA 8×5×NBD by the manufacturer) on a subscription basis, for a period of 24 months and installation, configuration, launch and implementation of the delivered Software, in accordance with the detailed specification specified in Annex No. 1 to the draft provisions of the contract (hereinafter referred to as "PPU") constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. 2. The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the order be performed on the terms and conditions specified in the draft provisions of the contract together with appendices (hereinafter: ppu) constituting Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ. 1.
