Terms and Conditions:
1. All items must be delivered in good condition (free from rust, dents, holes, any form of damage) to LGU-Hernani, Brgy. Canciledes, Hernani Eastern Samar, within twenty (20) calendar days upon receipt of Notice To Proceed, without extra cost to the government.
2. Price quoted must be inclusive of all charges acceptable by law.
3. COD is not allowed.
4. Price validity shall be for the period until the delivery of the above-named item/s.
5. Expiry of all items shall not be earlier than 2028.
