Purchase of a stationary X-ray scanner high-energy for the road border crossing in Malhowice along with the construction of a hall and operator facilities as part of a project co-financed by the European Union under the Financial Support Instrument for customs control equipment (CCEI2) 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a stationary high-energy X-ray scanner, called the "X-ray device", for the road border crossing in Malhowice, together with the construction of a hall and operator facilities, implemented in the system "design and build". 2. The detailed scope and method of execution of the order are specified in particular: 2.1. Functional and technical specification (minimum requirements) of the X-ray device - Annex No. 1A to SWZ, 2.2. Functional and Utility Program, hereinafter referred to as "Program F-U" - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, 2.3. Draft provisions of the contract - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 3.
