Package I: Delivery of standard work clothes, work shoes and personal protective equipment Package II: Delivery of flame-retardant clothing and flame-retardant personal protective equipment Package III: Delivery of clothing, footwear and personal protective equipment for specialized work. 1) The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of standard and flame-retardant work clothing, work footwear, personal protective equipment and specialized clothing, described in Part II of the SWZ - separately for each Package. 2) Detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Part II of the SWZ (for Package I, Package II, Package III) and Part IV of the SWZ. 3) Pursuant to Art. 101 section 4 of the Act, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described in the SWZ by means of standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Act, if they allow to obtain features or parameters not worse than those mentioned. Pursuant to Art. 101 section 5 of the Act, Contractor, who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party, is obliged to prove in the offer that the proposed solutions equally meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the order, in particular by means of the means of evidence referred to in Art. 104-107 of the Act. 4) The Ordering Party requests that the Contractor indicate in the offer the parts of the order whose performance he intends to entrust to Subcontractors and that the Contractor provide...
