PURCHASE OF SPORTS EQUIPMENT FOR USE IN PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS IN THE CALUMPIT SOUTH DISTRICT

1.The Municipal Government of Calumpit, through the Special Education Fund, intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred One Thousand Four Hundred Ten Pesos Only (P 701, 410.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE OF SPORTS EQUIPMENT FOR USE IN PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS IN THE CALUMPIT SOUTH DISTRICT (Project ID No. 2026-04-07-GOODS). The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the appropriation for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Municipal Government of Calumpit now invites bids for the above-entitled Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of the Bidding Documents.
