A legal or natural person is recognized as a participant, incl. individual entrepreneur, except for persons specified in clause 3 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 419-З of 13.07.2012 "On public procurement of goods (works, services)", as well as p. 2.1. Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 590 of 31.12.2013. "About some insurveys of government purchases of goods (works, services). " The preferential amendment is applied to the price of the participant's offer in the amount of: - 15 percent - in case the participant offers goods (works, services) origin of the Republic of Belarus and (or) countries to which the Republic of Belarus providesI am a national regime in accordance with international treaties of the Republic of Belarus; - 25 percent - if the participant offers goods (works, services) of his own production of organizations in which the number of disabled people is at least 50 percent of the number of employees. EtcA special amendment does not apply to a part of goods (works, services), but being the subject of procurement, including its lot (part); goods (works, services) that are the subject of public procurement, in the case of submission of proposals only by participants who have the right to apply preferencessocial correction. In the application in the first section of the proposal on its right to apply a preferential amendment, the participant must provide documents confirming this right in the second section. Such documents are: when performing works (rendering services) - a certificate of stateregistration of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur and special permits for the licensed type of activity (mandatory, if the activity is licensed), or a certificate of works and services of its own production, issued by the Belarusian Tradethe Chamber of Commerce, the Unitary Enterprises of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, their representations and branches, or other similar documents issued by the competent authorities of the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and / or the Russian Federation. Suggestions from the applicationThe right to apply a preferential amendment without submitting the above documents will be rejected.
