The subject of the order is the delivery of one piece of a brand new specialized/special BUS vehicle with four-wheel drive for transporting equipment purchased under the OL and OC program of smaller dimensions in the field in the OL and OC area with privileges of technical parameters and minimum equipment specified in the description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 4 to SWZ.2. The subject of the order is financed/subsidized by the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025/2026.4. Detailed guidelines regarding the execution of the subject of the order, constituting a description of the subject of the order, were included in the following studies: 1) Draft contract - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ;2) Description of the Subject of the Order, Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.7. All requirements specified in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law. 8.
