The subject of the order is the purchase of vehicles specialist for the Catchment Management Board in Elbląg. 2. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. 2.1 The order consists of the following parts: 1)Part No. 1 - Purchase of a backhoe loader for drainage works in the quantity of 1 piece (set) (order basic), a) The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the option right referred to in Art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law, in part No. 1, consisting in increasing the number of backhoe loaders by a maximum of 3 pieces (set). b)The specified range of options is the maximum range. The Ordering Party has the right to exercise the Option Right to a lesser extent or not to exercise the Option Right at all. c) The Ordering Party will submit to the Contractor a written declaration on the exercise of the Option Right, indicating the number of additional specialized vehicles. Implementation (activation) of the Option Right does not constitute a change to the terms of the Agreement and does not require the conclusion of an annex to the Agreement. d) The Ordering Party has the right to exercise the Option Right multiple times until the maximum option amount is reached. e) The Ordering Party may exercise the option right no later than 14 days before the deadline for the execution of the basic order - after the above deadline, the reserved Option Right (to the extent that it has not been activated) expires, therefore the Order...
