THE DESCRIPTION REQUIRES MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF THE ORDERER2 BASIC REQUIREMENTS1) Agricultural tractor, brand new, year of production 2026.2) Final European approval or an equivalent document.3) The tractor must have all the documents necessary to register the vehicle on territory of the Republic of Poland.4) The agricultural tractor cannot be registered under the name of any entity before sale. Warranty and service requirements1) The tractor offered by the contractor should be fully operational and meet technical, quality and operational requirements specified in the detailed order description. The tractor should have all documents necessary to complete formalities related to admission to traffic on public roads and an operating manual in Polish. 2) The tractor is intended for work related to civil defense and population protection. The tractor is not intended for agricultural work. 3) The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with a warranty for the delivered tractor for a minimum period of 12 months (without limit on hours worked), counted from the date of signing by the representatives pages of the tractor acceptance report.
