1. The subject of the order is the delivery - purchase, based on an operating leasing agreement with a purchase option, of a brand new special vehicle - a garbage truck. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 1 to SWZ Description of the subject of the order, hereinafter referred to as hereinafter OPZ.2. The subject of the order must be free from physical and legal defects, brand new (year of production 2025 or 2026), not previously used by third parties, not used for demonstration purposes. It was also not reconditioned beforehand. Subject of the order must be complete and upon delivery ready for operation as intended.3. The description of the subject of the order (OPZ) in the scope of requirements regarding the delivery of the device is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, the leasing rules are described in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ and in Chapter XI of this SWZ.4.
