Description : 1. The Barangay San Jose, Ormoc City, Leyte, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Seventy Five Thousand Pesos (Php75, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for "Purchase of Sound System"@ Brgy. San Jose, Ormoc City, Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically reject at bid opening.
2. The Barangay San Jose, Ormoc City, Leyte now invites bids for Purchase of Sound System @ Brgy. San Jose, Ormoc City, Leyte. Delivery Period is required Seven (7) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Purchase. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II of Instruction to Bidders.
3. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Barangay San Jose, Ormoc City, Leyte @ Multi-Purpose Hall and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given from 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.
4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may acquired by interested bidders on March 12, 2026 to March 30, 2026 (8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.) and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bid Documents, in the amount of Five Hundred (Php 500.00) Pesos Only.
