Description : Funded under Land Bank Loan, intended for the purchase of the following:

1. High Temperature Thermal Decomposition Machine with Loading Conveyor and Briquette Molding Machine

Technical Specifications:

- Capacity: Must be able to process at least 5, 000kg of waste material within 8 hours operations.

- The main body or chamber must have a minimum dimension of 2420* 1100* 1050mm and can withstand

combustion temperature up to 750 0 C.

- Must have a fuel tank that has minimum capacity of 90!iters.

- Must be equipped with at least two burners that runs on diesel fuel

- Power: Single Phase 220v, 60hz for the chamber and control function; Combustion is powered by diesel fuels

- Must be equipped with Dry and Wet Scrubber in a form of Cylindrical Gas Reducer that removes large amount of

acid gas in the flue gas at the same time.

- Must be equipped with at least 6 meters high chimney to ensure proper discharge of flue gas.

- Must be equipped with recirculating water to cool off the system.
