1. The BLGU-Poblacion, through the 5% Gender and Development Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 500, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF SOLAR LIGHTS. with PR# 2026-055. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BLGU-Poblacion now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Delivery of the Goods is required Within Seven (7) Calendar Days from receipt of the approved Notice to Proceed (NTP).
