1. The BARANGAY LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY TAKUT, STO.NINO, SAMAR, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT in FUND OF CY 2026 tends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Eighty Four Thousand Sixty Pesos and 60/100 (Php 384, 060.60) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for[PURCHASE OF SOLAR LIGHTS]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
