INVITATION TO BID FOR

“PURCHASE OF SOIL CONDITIONER WITH CARBON BORON”

1. The Municipality of Pinili, Ilocos Norte through the RA 7171 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED PESOS & 00/100 (P 9, 999, 999.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PIN2024-046. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Pinili, Ilocos Norte now invites bids for Soil Conditioner with Carbon Boron. Delivery of the goods is required within 30 CD after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
