Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision by the Contractor to the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture with its registered office in Warsaw (al. Jana Pawła II 70, 00-175 Warsaw), hereinafter referred to as the "Ordering Party", of a service consisting in the migration of software licenses held by the Ordering Party.indicated in § 2 section 2 to the draft provisions of the contract (hereinafter: ppu) constituting Annex No. 8 to the specification of terms of the contract (hereinafter: SWZ), as a result of which the Ordering Party will obtain the right to use the Software listed in § 2 section. 3 ppu in the Data Center version lor delivery of an equivalent solution in accordance with the specifications set out in Annex 1a to the ppu.

Contractor, under the contract:

1.1.Sell, deliver, configure and launch the Software indicated in § 2 section 3 to the ppu constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ, including:

1.1.1. will carry out Implementation in accordance withe with the terms of the ppu, in particular it will provide new license keys and replace the existing license keys for the purposes of Migration;

1.1.2. will provide the Ordering Party - on the terms specified in the ppu and the general license conditions of the Software Producer - with the right to useaccess (on a subscription basis) to the Software, including both the entirety and its individual elements, of the number of users indicated in the section, along with the right to use the Software Producer's documentation (e.g. technical, user, administrator);

1.1.3. will provide the Ordering Party with rights...
