Purchase of a software subscription and support for the EMM/UEM system owned by PGL LP 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a Workspace ONE software subscription, including Assist remote assistance, for the central System implemented and maintained at PGL LP EMM (or higher class) in the number of 14, 436 used to manage mobile devices, maintaining the existing functionalities and database, valid in the period from December 29, 2026 to December 28, 2029 (active for at least 36 months) along with the service Producer and Contractor support services. 2. Optional order: During the term of the Agreement, the Ordering Party may commission the contractor to carry out system development work for a maximum total of 200 man-hours. Development work may include training, workshops. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
