Purchase of software for managing the Pathology Department of the Katowice Oncology Center 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of software for managing the Pathology Department of the Katowice Oncology Center, in accordance with Annex No. 2 to SWZ - Offer Price. 2.Technical and functional parameters are specified in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 3.The order also includes: 1. delivery, installation, configuration, commissioning, granting perpetual licenses for an indefinite period of time for the system 2.instruction personnel in the field of operation and practical use of the system, after prior written arrangement of the date with the Ordering Party, concluded with the signing of the "Instruction Protocol", 3. commissioning with all required approvals and certificates, 4.24 one-month warranty counted from the date of signing the "Final acceptance report of the subject of the order" by authorized representatives of the Ordering Party and the Contractor, 12 months post-warranty service. The task will be implemented as part of the Project co-financed by the European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 Program No. FESL.08.06-IZ.01-216/25, Priority VIII European Funds for infrastructure for residents, Measure.08.06 Health care infrastructure (project type II).
