1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a software license along with the manufacturer's warranty (support) and manufacturer's support for the licenses held, ensuring protection of virtual machines in the environment Ordering Party, functionally equivalent to Trend Micro Deep Security Enterprise or an equivalent solution
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract and Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract.
3.Contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
