The subject of the order is "Purchase of software functionality as part of the expansion of the HIS System, purpose handling new types of Electronic Medical Records” implemented under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan: Component D “Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system” Investment D1.1.2 “Acceleration of processes digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care." A detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is included in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order. 2. The subject of this order is expansion of the HIS System "CGM CLININET" owned by the Ordering Party with software functionality to handle new types of Electronic Medical Records documents as part of the expansion of the HIS system, therefore the above-mentioned products offered by the Contractors functionalities, they must be compatible and have full technical compatibility and legal possibility of their implementation in the system owned by the Ordering Party as part of the expansion in question. 3. Software functionalities offered by the Contractor as part of the expansion of the HIS System (owned by the Ordering Party), it should support: 1) information and communication availability, 2) availability of services and products 3) clear markings, color contrasts. ...
