Purchase of a SOC (Security Operation Center) monitoring service and implementation of the Information Security Management System along with training for staff and management staff The subject of the order is the purchase of a SOC monitoring service (Security Operation Center) and implementation of the Information Security Management System along with training for staff and management staff. A detailed description of the subject of the order, as well as the terms of warranty and service, are set out in Annex No. 9A and 9B to SWZ. General principles of equivalence of solutions: a) The Ordering Party will consider a solution with the same purpose, technical, quality and functional features corresponding to the technical, quality and functional features as equivalent to the specified solution functional indicated in the description of the subject of the order, or better, marked with another trademark, patent or origin. b) An equivalent solution must enable the achievement of the goal assumed by the Ordering Party through performance parameters and functional, affecting the effectiveness of operation, equal to or better than the minimum requirements indicated. c) Additionally, wherever the origin (brand, trademark, manufacturer, supplier, etc.) of materials or standards, approvals, specifications and systems referred to in the Public Procurement Law (hereinafter referred to as the Act), the Ordering Party allows offering equipment or equivalent solutions provided that they ensure the achievement of parameters...
