The Department of Education (DepEd) DIVISION OF LEYTE, through Government of the Philippines (GOP) under FY 2026 - General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED NINETY-TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX PESOS ONLY (Php 1, 392, 336.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Soap for the Learner Beneficiaries of SBFP for FY 2026 (Repost). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
