1. The Local Government Unit of Gubat, through its General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (₱360, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for: PURCHASE OF SNACKS, WATER REFILL AND UTENSILS FOR THE ATTENDEES OF WREATH LAYING AND INDEPENDENCE DAY PARADE ON JUNE 12, 2026 AT THE MUNICIPAL COMPOUND. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
