Tender Details
The subject of the contract is the purchase of small medical equipment and supplies. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference. The subject of the order is free from physical and legal defects, brand new, previously unused by third partiesie, in particular, it was not used as an item for demonstration purposes and is of good quality. It was also not previously reconditioned. The offered medical devices covered by the subject of the order must meet the requirements set out in the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (i.e. Journal Laws of 2022, item 974). The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with all the Employer's requirements indicated in the ToR.
