1. The subject of the order is the delivery and assembly of a brand new sludge press together with the delivery of one container.2. The place of delivery, collection and assembly of the press and containers is the sewage treatment plant in Haczów 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in the appendix No. 3 to SWZ4. The subject of the order should meet the following technical requirements: Note: The requirements and parameters given below are minimal. 1. ET-SDSP/352 screw-disc press 1 pc. Hydraulic capacity 10-20 m3/h, Mass capacity approx. 200-300 kg dry matter/h, Two dewatering heads with a nominal diameter of 350 mm, Dynamic two-chamber flocculator with a mixer with adjustable rotational speed, Adjustment of the speed of the pressing heads, Installed power: 2x1.1kW + 0.37kW, Material: frame, covers, steel flocculator stainless steel AISI 304, moving rings surface-hardened to a hardness of approximately 55 HRC, screw hardened by surfacing with the EnDOtec DO*611X alloy based on nickel with a high content of macrocrystalline tungsten carbides (MTC), characterized by high resistance to rubbing with moderate impact (hard 1800-2200 HV), 2.
