Purchase of the SIP-TRUNK telecommunications service for a period of 47 months The subject of the order is the purchase by the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Ordering Party") of the SIP TRUNK telecommunications service for a period of 47 months (not earlier than December 1, 2026), within which the Contractor is obliged to: 1) preparation of the Technical Design of the technical infrastructure necessary to provide the SIP Trunk Service and submitting it to the Ordering Party for approval - within 5 Business Days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement; 2) arrangement of two lines in SIP Trunk technology for the purposes of the SIP Trunk Service (one to two of the three indicated Locations (Piaseczno, ul. Jana Pawła II 66 - T-Mobile server room, Warsaw, Poleczki) 23 - Equinix server room, Warsaw, Poleczki 33 - Headquarters ARiMR Office), and to ensure, through established telecommunications links, SIP Trunk voice telephone communication for incoming and outgoing calls at the Ordering Party's Locations - in within 10 Business Days from the date of acceptance of the Technical Design by the Ordering Party; 3) transferring 19, 000 DDI (Direct Dial In) numbers used by the Ordering Party to its own landline network as part of the SIP Trunk Service, (in the attached file Numbers_SIP_trunk.xlsx), from various national numbering zones, within 15 Business Days from the date of acceptance of the Technical Design by the Ordering Party 4) maintaining D numbers...
