I. SUBJECT OF THE ORDER 1.The subject of this order is: 1) delivery in the form of purchase of 14 identical pieces (basic order - guaranteed) (same type, length, constructed in the same way, according to the same technical documentation, by the same manufacturer) single-section low-floor buses, brand new, i.e. manufactured 6 months or less before the date of delivery and not in use, low-floor, with documents constituting the basis for vehicle registration and valid as of the date of delivery of a given batch of vehicles, meeting the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (text uniform Journal of Laws 2024, item 502 as amended amended) and consistent with the descriptions of the subject of the order regarding the parameters of buses, specified in Annexes No. 12A (Description of buses) and 12B (Description of on-board systems) to SWZ, ready for operation, i.e. primarily all adapted to transport people in public transport, and 2) delivery in the form of purchase of additional workshop equipment referred to in §1 section 1 point 3) of the draft agreement constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ. 2.
