1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the sentence entitled: "Purchase of a SIEM class system for central logging of network devices" as part of a project financed by the Instrument for Recovery and Resilience for projects implemented in as part of the investment D.1.1.2 "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care" which is an element of component D "Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system" for three branches. 2. Due to the extensive description - a detailed description of the subject of the order, the implementation details are included in particular in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ separately for each facility. The place of performance of the order is the Ordering Party's hospital complexes, in in particular: 1.
