Description : The Barangay Ubagan, Santo Tomas, La Union, through the budget for the contract approved by the Sanggunian under General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two hundred forty-seven thousand eight hundred seventy-five pesos and 56/100 only (Php 247, 875.56) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Shredder Machine with housing . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
