(see item 2 of the file "Kunda AJ short-circuit current limiting device purchase procurement scope and general requirements"). If possible and necessary, the contract can be concluded and the execution of works can begin before the expected validity of the contract published in the general data on the procurement start time. If the course of the procurement procedure is extended beyond this time, the contract may be concluded and its execution may begin even after the expected start date of the validity of the contract published in the general data.
