1)Please submit your sealed quotation, together with your eligibility requirements, on Sept. 18, 2017, 10:00 AM to the City General General Services Office and address it to : The City General Services Officer, City of Binan, Laguna. Opening of bid proposals/quotations will be conducted on Sept. 18, 2017, 1:00 PM at the City GSO, City Annex Bldg., Brgy. Zapote, City of Binan, Laguna.
2). Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA 9184, otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act."
3). No late bids/proposals will be accepted.
4) The City Government of Binan reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 41 of RA 9184 and its IRR, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
