The purchase of a shock freezing device for the Tavria V company is announced. For a restaurant in Odessa, equipment with the following characteristics is needed: - The device must have a capacity of 8-10 trays. - It must be able to accommodate trays with dimensions of 600x400 mm and GN 1/1 format.-Temperature mode: from +90 to -18 degrees.-As an alternative, please add equipment with a lower temperature to -30 and below if possible.-The proposed equipment must be available at the supplier.
